Bentley Gala - Blackhawk Museum

Sometimes the venue back drop is all you need to make an impression on guest. Like in the case of the Bentley Gala given at the Blackhawk Museum in Danville, California. Containing some of the most popular and beautiful International Automotive Treasure.

The theme of this Gala was 007. The color scheme was Black, Silver, with a touch of Gold. Some of small details that made a big impact were: Each guest received a beautiful cubic zirconia with one guest actually receiving an actual full carat loose diamond. All tables were named had to do with the James Bond films.

This event is special to me as it was my first opportunity to do a large event. 486 guest to be exact. I will always remember that number.

It was my absolute pleasure to do this event for Bentley School who does a Gala each year to raise monies for their school. This was a challenging event as I had to coordinating all of the teams involved to make this event a success. Loads of volunteers, Silent Auctions, Live Auctions, Student Projects, Decorations, Catering staff just to name of few.

I was truly blessed to do this event as most of the people involved in running this event are parents or employees of the school. I have a friend that children attend the school and she be lived in me enough to bring me in on the event. Thanks Angie!
